WHAT DOES PRODUCT AVAILABILITY MEAN?

The availability of each product is displayed on the corresponding product page. A product may be:

  • Available: Available for online purchase.

  • Limited availability: It is available for an online purchase but has limited availability and will be followed by a priority order if stock exhaustion comes out.

  • Pre-order: It is available for pre-order and the delivery date depends on the official date of sale. Priority order is maintained.

  • Upon Request: It is not available in our stores, but we are looking for it in our partner-supplier network.

  • Not available: Not available for order at this time. It is expected and will be available soon.
HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?

Select the product you want and then ADD TO CART. After choosing all products you want, you select ORDER COMPLETE. Then follow the steps for PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE ENTERED AN ORDER?

You will receive a confirmatory e-mail in the mail you declared, with a unique order number. If you do not receive this e-mail then:

  • You have not entered the order

  • You have not paid for the order

  • You have not stated correct mail
HOW DO I RECEIVE AN ORDER?

You receive at the shipping address you have declared when registering your order from a GLOBALSAT partner distributor.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

The steps of executing an order are as follows:

  1. Order placed! You have received an email with the confirmation of your order entry. 
  2. The order is being processed and you will be informed by email about its receipt!
  3. The order is ready for shipment and will be delivered to the cooperating courier company to launch its mission.
  4. Order is for delivery at your place.

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?

If you wish to return the product you purchased, you can do so within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. A prerequisite is that the product is in its closed commercial packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase.

You send it at your own expense, in its original condition and packaging, enclosing the proof of purchase at Dragatsaniou 64, Piraeus, 185 45, wrtiing on top "Product Return - Globalsat"

WHAT IS THE COST OF TRANSPORT?

Product shipment is free of charge, regardless of the size of the products, if the total value of your order exceeds € 100. For orders below € 100, you will be charged for transport costs as follows:

  • 3€ for orders within Attica Region

  • 5€ for orders outside Attica Region

  • 10€ for orders in remote areas and large volume products (measuring more than 110cm * 19cm * 59cm)
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
  • Pay on delivery

You pay the price of your order at the time of your receipt by the courier company. The charge for a pay on delivery is 3 €, in addition to the total amount of your order.

For purchases over € 500 (total invoice amount or retail receipt, VAT included) no cash payment is possible. In these cases the transaction needs to be repaid via deposit / transfer or credit / debit card.

 

  • Credit or Debit Card

Your credit or debit card will be debited after a check and verification process of your credentials and validity when we approve and accept your order. The charge can be made even if some of the items are not readily available and must be ordered by suppliers. The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and the truth of the credit card details and Globalsat holds no responsibility in the event of an error. Accepted cards are Visa & MasterCard.

  • MyBank Service

With MyBank, you deposit directly from your bank account through Eurobank's secure e-Banking environment. No credit, prepaid or debit card needed. Payment is made by direct debiting your account - through your bank's e-banking.

WHAT IS THE INSTALLMENT POLICY?

You can pay in installments on your credit card with the following installment policy:

  • Purchases (total amount of invoice or retail receipt) from € 60 to € 300: 6 installments

  • Purchases (total amount of invoice or retail proof) over 300 €: 12 installments
