What do product availabilities mean?

Product availability is shown on the corresponding product page . A product can be:

Available : Available for online purchase.

Unavailable: Not available to order at this time. Expected and will be available soon. If you wish, you can register your email so that you will be notified immediately when the product will be available for order again.

 

How do I place an order?

Select the product you want and then ADD TO CART. After selecting all the products, select COMPLETE ORDER. Then follow the steps for ORDER PAYMENT.

 

How do I know that I have placed an order?

You will receive a confirmation e - mail at email you indicated, with a unique order number. In the event that _ not take it then check not how:

  • Your order has not been registered
  • Your order payment was not successful
  • not you have got declare correct email

 

How to receive above an order ?

You will receive your order at the shipping address you indicated when placing your order by a partner delivery company of Globalsat .

 

How can I track my order?

The steps for executing an order are as follows:

  • The order has been registered and you have received an email confirming the registration of your order.
  • Your order is currently being sorted.
  • The order is to be sent to you. You receive a relevant email update and bill of lading code number to track your order.

 

Can I change/modify/cancel my order?

To change / modify or cancel the order you should contact us in one of the following ways:

How do I return products?

If you wish to return the product you have purchased, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product. A necessary condition is that the product is in its closed commercial packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt / invoice.

What is the shipping cost?

The products are shipped free of charge, regardless of the size of the products, as long as the total value of your order exceeds €100.

For orders under €100 burden me transportation cost as follows:

  • € 3 for orders within Attica

 

  • € 5 for orders except Attica

 

  • € 10 for orders in hard to reach areas

 

What payment options options do i have?

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

Pay on delivery

You pay the price of your order at the time of receipt by the courier company . The fee for Cash on Delivery amounts to €3, in addition to the total amount of your order.

For purchases over €500 (total amount of invoice or retail receipt, including VAT) payment by cash on delivery is not possible. In these cases the respective transaction needs to be paid by deposit/transfer or by credit/debit card.

 

Credit or Debit Card

Your credit or debit card will be charged, after checking and certifying the data and its validity, upon approval and acceptance of your order. The customer is the single responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of the credit card details and GLOBALSAT bears no responsibility in the event of an error. Accepted cards are Visa & MasterCard .

 

You can pay in installments on your credit card with the following installment policy:

  • For purchases from €30 to €299.99: 6 installments
  • For purchases from €300 to €499.99 : 12 installments
  • For purchases of €500 and above: 36 installments

 

IRIS Online Payment

With the IRIS Online Payment you deposit directly from your bank account through the secure environment of Eurobank 's e - Banking . No credit, prepaid or debit card needed. Payment is made by direct debit to your account – through your bank's e - banking .

 

PAYPAL

Complete your purchase simply and securely using only your email address and password. You don't need to enter your card details for every payment. Add a card to your PayPal account and simply sign in with your email address and password to make your purchase

 

What is the installment policy?

You can pay in installments on your credit card with the following installment policy:

  • For purchases from €30 to €299.99: 6 installments
  • For purchases from €300 to €499.99 : 12 installments
  • For purchases of €500 and above: 36 installments
